YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY

If the size, model or other features of the product do dot match your expectations, there is a possibility to return or exchange the ordered goods with other items currently available in the store. 

In this case, please contact us within 2 days of the reception or collection of the goods at the following email address: customerservice@coodoaustralia.com.

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

- The returns that wish to be refunded or exchanged must be received within 10 days of receiving your order.

- The items must be in their original condition with the tags attached including original packaging.

- Orders that are gifts can only be exchanged (not refunded)

- Sale items can only be exchanged.

We will issue you a refund of your product including postage fees once we receive it. Please note that return postage is not paid. Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed and replacement items to be dispatched.
